This coming Sunday Peg and I will have the privilege of joining in worship with the members of Union Congregational Church in Medora. We look forward to sharing in praise and petition as we gather in this picturesque setting.

Next Sunday, August 12th I will not be joining in the Footin It For Fun Fund raiser for Charles Hall. Instead it will be my pleasure to lead worship at the United Church of Christ in Wahpeton. Since many pastors were out on the 12th they had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to fill the last one and Wahpeton ended up with me. Therefore please send your pledges for walking in the Footin It For Fun for Charles Hall Youth Services to the Conference Office in the name of Peg Schemmel, who WILL BE WALKING. The money raised through this event helps to expand and enrich the ministry of CHYS.

Our prayers and best wishes are with Ilo Madden who is recovering in St. Alexius hospital in Bismarck following chest pains. We pray that God’s caring presence continue to embrace her with the grace of healing.
